Very Good

The staff are very friendly. They have breakfast and Supper and the food is nice. Supper starts at 8pm which is good. Restaurant staff are also very good

The location is a bit far from the train station for free and easy travellers. And the price for the room is on the high side.

Excellent, great value for money.

The breakfast was solid. A good selection of Asian dishes with enough western options to keep the entire family happy. The staff were super friendly and really committed to keeping everything clean.

It would have been nice to have a choice of pillows but this is a minor quibble.

Good decent hotel which comes with a breakfast and dinner+ supper buffet.

What i like about this Hotel is that they provide buffet breakfast and dinner + supper (yes, you read it correctly). The dishes was good, a mix of local Taiwan delights. What my kids like is the biscuit counter, LOL, they have like 10 containers of different biscuit for you to choose. The hotel room is normal, toilet bowl installed with electric bidet function. Shower water pressure is strong.

The location, but it cannot be help, cause city like Tainan is not famous for their public transport. hence if any tourist that travel there, will be back packing or there's already a driver booked.

Comfortable room. Great meal.

Located in the downtown with parking lot. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. There is late night meal time from 20:00-22:00. Lots of choices of food and it was great. Breakfast is good.

Wonderful stay in Tainan.

Starting with location, it is surrounded by beautiful temples, a prime reason for visiting Tainan. It was easily walkable to most of Tainan's sights. The room was clean and comfortable. The big selling point is the food provided. Easily the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced. But, in addition, they have another buffet they call a midnight snack (offered after 8PM), which we realized was a perfect dinner substitute.

Value-for-Money Hotel with LOTS of GOOD FOOD

There was an endless buffet of food and we really enjoyed the evening supper that came with the package. It was literally a full dinner, so come with an empty stomach! Rooms were clean and spacious.

Location-wise the property is not very near the MRT station. I suggest taking a taxi here if you are travelling around with luggages.

With great meal

The hotel offers wonderful breakfast and late night snacks. To me, the late dinner snack is like a full dinner. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is big. It is a great stay. It’s closed to the bus station (bus from Taichung and other county of Taiwan) but is far away from High Speed Rail. ????

Kindness of staff, light supper, location (close to the Dutch Fort Provintia). The room size was good. The hotel was good value for money.
